About Us

We're down to earth - after all, we're pet owners too!

We pride ourselves on being Registered Veterinary Technicians during the day and have access to 24/7 emergency services.
We know how easy it is to get lost in the big city and become just another number; we understand the importance of in-home dedicated care and the decreased anxiety it means for everybody involved. We match your animals’ energies – we have experience and patience for their medical and emotional problems. Every pet is an individual!

We pride ourselves on being Registered Veterinary Technicians during the day and have access to 24/7 emergency services. We consider your pets’ outstanding care the holy grail of our business. It’s not just a career for us – it’s our passion, too!
We love our clients, we love our jobs, and we love our people...but most of all, WE LOVE OUR PETS!

Alyssa Verberne bio photoI graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus in 2011. My family includes my energetic English Setter Hudson, my older cat Noelle, and my horse Audi. I look forward to providing you with the best possible care.
Emma Petrie bio photoI grew up on a small farm and have always known that I wanted to work with animals. I graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in June 2012, then became registered with OAVT soon after. I've enjoyed working in the veterinary field ever since! I love spending time riding my horse Guinness and playing with my 3 border collies Zepher, Zeeva and Flynn. I also share my home with a cat named Ziggy and my husband Chris in the cute little town of Belmont.
Michelle Hansen bio photoFrom the first time that I witnessed an appointment at a veterinary hospital with my childhood dog Andy, I was hooked. In order to pursue this career, I began volunteering as an animal care attendant throughout high school, working my way up to a part-time vet assistant. I graduated as a registered veterinary technician in 2008 from St-Lawrence College in Kingston, on. I look forward to helping provide wonderful care for pets while owners aren’t able to be home for them. I will treat them like my own pet. At my home I have an energetic German shepherd named Elvis, a bouncy Chihuahua x JRT named Calvin and 3 wonderful cats named Luna, Rustle, and Haleakala.
Amy Benson bio photoI graduated from St-Clair College in the summer of 2012. I am truly honoured to be part of the process that helps bring the best care to your furry loved ones. I currently live with my hyper lab Edee, my lovable cat Edgar and my friendly cat Eeyore.
Trista Weibenga bio photoI graduated from the veterinary technician program at St-Clair College in 2000. I find this job to be very rewarding in helping animals and also the owners. I have a Chihuahua named Lady Cha Cha. I look forward to meeting you and your fur-family!
Hannah Pettypiece bio photoI graduated in 2011 from the Veterinary Technology program at Ridgetown College. I am from London and currently living in Old South with my cat Katie and Chocolate Labrador Sam. I will make sure your animals are cared for and loved while you are away!
Shannon Stainton bio photoI always wanted to work in the veterinary field since I could remember. Taking my dog or cat to the vet when I was young was very exciting! I decided that I wanted to pursue this excitement as a career. I attended University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus to complete my diploma in veterinary technology and graduated in 2011. I currently live in London with my husband and our two cats Wilber and Hobbes. Soon to be adding a canine friend. I volunteer at the London Humane Society and assist with the adoption days at local pet stores. I am a bubbly, kind spirit and would be happy to watch your fur babies!
